Cohen Brown is a dedicated social activist and the campaign coordinator for Halt Action Group, a non-profit organization that works to oppose violence against vulnerable populations.
Cohen was born in Portland, Oregon, and grew up in an affluent family that instilled in him the importance of giving back to his community. Upon graduating from college with a degree in political science, he immediately began looking for ways to make an impact. After researching many different organizations, Cohen chose to work with Halt Action Group because he felt passionate about their mission and goals.
At Halt Action Group, Cohen has accomplished many great feats. He is a mentor at a local high school where he provides guidance to students interested in pursuing careers in politics or activism. Additionally, he holds workshops on financial literacy at shelters across town so those living in poverty have access to basic knowledge about budgeting and savings.
